Basic Tenets of "Just" Blank Cards:

1) A wise and caring inner healer and teacher resides within each of us
2) This inner teacher is also a student. Teacher/Student energies are two sides of the same coin
3) Caring for, healing, or teaching ourselves as individuals also cares for, heals, and teaches the "Whole"
4) Relationships are our perfect classrooms to allow our inner teacher/student to flourish and assist in our growth
5) Images are powerful means of communicating deeply as we become both teacher and student with self and others
6) By working together consciously in relationships we can assist each other in discovering our various aspects of self, increasing our awareness and joy
7) The inner and outer, external and internal, are reflections of one another. "As above, so below. As below, so above."
Each of these tenets is firmly based in philosophical thought, experience, and research of many wise souls throughout time. The work of "Just" Blank Cards synthesizes these sage knowings into tangible "inner work" expressive processes designed to benefit and enrich communication and consciousness within relationships.
Work & play within the "Just" Blank Cards process is designed to use images and creative synergy to enrich communication and consciousness in relationships with self and with others.
A variety of methods are utilized as part of the work and play of "Just" Blank Cards in the on-going journey to deeper communication and greater awareness and consciousness in the day-to-day. Some examples of these include:
- Creating and working with small collage cards, based on the SoulCollage process created by Seena B. Frost, to acknowledge, know more fully, honor, and share various aspects of self
- Using automatic writing techniques to further allow collage images to "speak" and reveal their messages and wisdom (which is really your inner wisdom!)
- Engaging in imaginal dialogue (verbal & written) with and among the images within collage creations
Great care is taken within "Just" Blank Cards work to honor and involve the "whole person" by utilizing both left and right brain functions of participants so that internal creative synergy is fostered and participants' highest wisdom can be brought to the forefront and into conscious awareness.
